Can you tell me what the little blue star means as my curiosity has finally got the better of me and now I have to know!!??!!!!

Also, I was wondering if it could be made possible to configure the 'genre' preference field to include more than one category, as I'm sure there are lots of people out there who may like several different types of Jazz and I think that being able to see a mixture of choices may give a broader impression of the user's tastes...just a thought :o)
